Job Summary

A company is looking for a Facilities Coordinator to support daily operations in their music publishing offices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate day-to-day facilities operations and assist local office managers
  • Liaise with property management and external vendors for building services and maintenance
  • Track facilities-related expenses and assist with budget management
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in facilities, office management, or operations
  • Experience in a creative, media, or entertainment environment preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
  • Knowledge of workplace safety standards and building operations preferred
