Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Facilities Coordinator to assist with facility management services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide overall facility management services and address client inquiries
  • Coordinate with contractors for service and repairs, and manage work orders
  • Monitor vendor performance and assist in training new associates
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in administrative, accounting, or tenant services roles
  • Experience in facilities/property management or commercial real estate preferred
  • Familiarity with data entry, reporting, and customer service
