Job Summary

A company is looking for a Facilities Coordinator to support operational activities in maintenance and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Site and Assistant Facility Managers with operational activities and vendor oversight
  • Conduct daily walkthroughs, respond to work orders, and manage repairs and maintenance
  • Coordinate site amenities and events while maintaining accurate records and documentation
Required Qualifications
  • Prior experience in facilities, property management, or hospitality preferred
  • Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements and vendor management
  • Understanding of basic technical aspects of property systems is advantageous
  • Proficiency in various information technology tools and platforms
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
