Job Summary
A company is looking for a Facilities Coordinator to support operational activities in maintenance and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Site and Assistant Facility Managers with operational activities and vendor oversight
- Conduct daily walkthroughs, respond to work orders, and manage repairs and maintenance
- Coordinate site amenities and events while maintaining accurate records and documentation
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in facilities, property management, or hospitality preferred
- Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements and vendor management
- Understanding of basic technical aspects of property systems is advantageous
- Proficiency in various information technology tools and platforms
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
