Job Summary
A company is looking for a Facilities Coordinator to assist in managing day-to-day facilities activities within their assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination and execution of the complete work order life cycle from creation to resolution
- Manage vendors to ensure services are completed within agreed upon SLA's
- Develop client relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders to devise solutions to client issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent facilities management experience
- 3+ years of facilities management experience
- Experience with managing multiple vendors for work order management and capital projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Trade experience preferred
