Job Summary

A company is looking for a Facilities Coordinator to assist in managing day-to-day facilities activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of the complete work order life cycle from creation to resolution
  • Manage vendors to ensure services are completed within agreed-upon SLAs
  • Develop client relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders to devise solutions to client issues
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent facilities management experience
  • 3+ years of facilities management experience
  • Experience managing multiple vendors for work order management and capital projects
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Trade experience preferred
