Job Summary
Facilities Coordinator, a full-time remote position responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing parking subsidy programs, and ensuring efficient facility operations across a regional portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage open work orders for timely completion
- Assist with vendor invoice processing and review purchase orders
- Conduct site walkthroughs to identify and address facility issues
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of job-related experience
- Exposure to finance-related tasks, such as purchase order creation
- Proven customer service experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CMMS preferred
- Ability to conduct routine facility assessments and follow established work routines
