Job Summary

Facilities Coordinator, a full-time remote position responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing parking subsidy programs, and ensuring efficient facility operations across a regional portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage open work orders for timely completion
  • Assist with vendor invoice processing and review purchase orders
  • Conduct site walkthroughs to identify and address facility issues
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of job-related experience
  • Exposure to finance-related tasks, such as purchase order creation
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CMMS preferred
  • Ability to conduct routine facility assessments and follow established work routines
