Job Summary

Working remotely in the U.S. Southern Central Region, the full-time Facilities Coordinator will manage client inquiries, oversee work orders, and ensure compliance with facility procedures while collaborating with landlords, tenants, and service providers.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate with landlords, tenants, and service providers to ensure adherence to procedures and policies
  • Acknowledge client inquiries and collect work orders while monitoring performance and progress
  • File documentation and oversee activities related to waste disposal and recycling outside the building
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience
  • Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset
  • Basic math skills for calculating percentages, discounts, and markups
  • Ability to follow established work routines and standards
