Job Summary

To support the execution of construction and renovation projects, the remote Facilities and Projects Coordinator will manage planning, coordination, and communication among project stakeholders, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery of facility improvements.

Key responsibilities
  • Support and coordinate project tasks under the direction of project managers, including organizing meetings and documentation
  • Track project scope changes and budget issues while serving as a liaison between contractors, vendors, and hospital departments
  • Create and maintain project files, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
Required qualifications
  • Associate's Degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience in construction and project management
  • 2+ years of experience in construction and facilities-based project management in a healthcare setting
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare facility regulations, codes, and accreditation requirements
  • Proven track record of managing capital projects in active hospital environments
  • Project Management Certification preferred
