Job Summary
Working remotely with a preference for candidates in the Eastern time zone, the full-time Facilities Coordinator will manage client inquiries, oversee work orders, and ensure compliance with facility procedures for a healthcare client.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with landlords, tenants, and service providers to implement facility procedures and policies
- Collect and acknowledge client inquiries and work orders while monitoring performance and progress
- File and manage documentation related to work orders and vendor submissions
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset
- Ability to follow basic work routines and standards
- Basic math skills for calculating simple figures such as percentages and discounts
