Job Summary
Working remotely from Las Vegas, the full-time Facilities Coordinator will manage facility operations for healthcare sites, collaborating with Facilities Managers, clients, and vendors to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure timely completion of open work orders
- Dispatch work orders to vendors and generate purchase orders
- Address site-related inquiries and assist with processing vendor invoices
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of job-related experience
- Experience with purchase order creation and invoice processing preferred
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using a CMMS to assign work orders is preferred
- Must reside in or near Las Vegas, NV, and be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
