Job Summary

To support client needs, the fully remote Facilities Coordinator will manage inquiries, dispatch work orders, and ensure timely follow-ups for repair and maintenance services.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to client and vendor inquiries regarding work orders and service status
  • Dispatch repair and maintenance work orders to appropriate vendors during shifts
  • Perform follow-up communication to ensure vendor response and job progression
Required qualifications
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in coordinator or customer service roles in a high-volume environment
  • Experience in facilities services or trades is a big plus
  • Familiarity with CRM and WOM platforms
  • Degree or equivalent work experience
