Facilities Director

Job Summary

Leading the service delivery on Facilities Management Contracts, the full-time salaried Facilities Director will manage operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive contract growth while working remotely and traveling as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management of assigned contracts to meet financial and operational commitments
• Ensure customer focus and maintain effective relationships with key client contacts
• Identify opportunities for additional services and implement continuous improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• Proven background in Facilities Management, Maintenance, and Project Management Services
• 5+ years of experience in a managerial role
• A formal 3rd level qualification (technical) or equivalent relevant experience in a technical or building services role
• Consistent track record in budget and cost control
• Proven leadership skills with a focus on people management and development
