Job Summary
Assisting the Director in overseeing facility operations, the full-time salaried Facilities Director Assistant will manage programs, provide staff training, and maintain client relationships while ensuring safety and maintenance standards are met.
Key responsibilities:
- Administers and directs programs to manage facility operations
- Provides guidance, training, and motivation to staff
- Directs and conducts safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- P&L accountability knowledge is highly desirable
- Contract-managed service experience is highly desirable
