Job Summary

Assisting the Director in overseeing facility operations, the full-time salaried Facilities Director Assistant will manage programs, provide staff training, and maintain client relationships while ensuring safety and maintenance standards are met.

Key responsibilities:
  • Administers and directs programs to manage facility operations
  • Provides guidance, training, and motivation to staff
  • Directs and conducts safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • P&L accountability knowledge is highly desirable
  • Contract-managed service experience is highly desirable
