Job Summary

A company is looking for a Facilities Director.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and coordinate building management procedures and space planning activities
  • Oversee facilities-related operational activities and provide recommendations for new procedures
  • Manage departmental space issues, plan and design new builds and renovations, and serve as a liaison with Facilities Design and Construction

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent experience
  • Thorough knowledge in building space planning, codes, and fire safety
  • Demonstrated experience in managing construction and renovations of large facilities
  • Knowledge of specialized research needs in space planning and working with professional architects and engineers
  • Ability to oversee a variety of complex projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
