Facilities Engineer - IT

Job Summary

Responsible for maintaining IT office infrastructure operations, the full-time Facilities Engineer - IT will support office locations and IT applications, including AV and conference equipment, while managing growth and providing desktop support.

Key responsibilities:

• Set up, upgrade, and maintain all IT office equipment, including desktops, laptops, tablets, and printers
• Support critical onsite services such as AV and conference room equipment, coordinating with vendors for hardware and internet needs
• Assist remote users and manage desktop support resources, ensuring adherence to change control and repeatable processes

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred, with 4-6 years of related experience or equivalent education and experience
• Professional certifications such as Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) or Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) are beneficial
• Ability to analyze and problem-solve in a team environment while adapting to changing needs
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on quality and efficiency
• Experience in coordinating and communicating effectively with vendors and team members
