Facilities Maintenance Associate

Job Summary

Coordinating onsite facility maintenance operations, the full-time Facilities Maintenance Associate will ensure preventative maintenance, manage vendor relationships, and maintain health and safety standards in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect building structures to determine repair and renovation needs
• Maintain a preventative maintenance schedule for facilities
• Coordinate facility-related vendors and manage equipment upkeep

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of facility maintenance experience, preferably in a geriatric care setting
• Advanced mechanical skills and knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems
• Proficiency with repair tools and techniques
