Job Summary

A company is looking for a Facilities & Maintenance Manager who will oversee maintenance operations for a new warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all facility infrastructure, utilities, and equipment to ensure safe warehouse operations
• Hire, lead, and manage maintenance technicians and janitorial staff while promoting a safety-first culture
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs and provide hands-on troubleshooting across various systems

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with 3-5 years in direct management
• Hands-on electrical and mechanical maintenance experience in an industrial or warehouse setting
• Experience in negotiating and purchasing equipment as needed
• Ability to learn new skills for optimal equipment effectiveness
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
