Job Summary

A company is looking for a Facilities Maintenance Mechanic.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on building systems, equipment, and machinery
• Conduct troubleshooting and servicing of HVAC and industrial equipment
• Manage spare parts inventory and ensure compliance with safety and performance standards

Required Qualifications

• Journeyman certification in HVAC, Electrical, Machine Repair, or Mechanical craft areas preferred
• Five or more years of facility maintenance experience
• Knowledge of maintenance systems such as MAXIMO is helpful
• Experience with pumps, motors, and hydraulic systems
• Familiarity with building automation and monitoring systems
