Job Summary

A company is looking for a Facilities Specialist to manage and oversee maintenance and repairs on campus in Boulder, CO.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and troubleshoot site Facilities related issues, coordinating with repair vendors as necessary
• Serve as the primary contact for all vendor communications regarding emergency repairs and scheduled maintenance
• Ensure a safe and efficient working environment by managing resources, services, and procedures effectively

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in facilities maintenance
• Experience in a GMP regulated environment is preferred
• Proficiency with a variety of hand and power tools
