Facilities Maintenance Specialist

Job Summary

To support procurement operations, the full-time Facilities Maintenance Specialist will review and validate purchase order requests for facility repair and maintenance services remotely, ensuring compliance and accuracy while managing supplier quotes and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Review purchase order requests for facility repair and maintenance services to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Manage procurement support activities, validating supplier quotes, scopes of work, and funding documentation
• Determine appropriate procurement paths and escalate requests requiring Contracting involvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, Facilities Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience in procurement, purchasing, or facilities operations, including review of purchase orders and supplier quotes
• Proficiency with procurement or asset management systems; experience with Maximo, Coupa, or similar platforms preferred
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and reconciliation
• Experience using Power BI dashboards and reports to analyze operational and financial performance data
