Job Summary

A company is looking for a Facilities Management Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Facilities Management and Engineering teams in achieving strategic objectives and compliance
• Develop and maintain facility management processes and analytical reporting models
• Manage project work and ensure timely and efficient service delivery

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required; higher education preferred
• Minimum of 5+ years of administrative support or operational coordinator experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-related software
• Understanding of Facilities Management operations is a plus
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently
