Facilities Management Analyst

Job Summary

To support facility infrastructure projects in the National Capital Region, the full-time salaried Facilities Management Analyst will apply engineering techniques and project management expertise to oversee data analysis, planning, and reporting for real property maintenance and infrastructure management.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the collection and analysis of data to evaluate portfolio-level real property health for effective forecasting and planning
• Conduct advanced analysis of facility condition data to identify trends and recommend project actions and cost estimates
• Facilitate the development and planning of prioritized facilities projects based on collected data and maintain regular updates of Facility Condition Index reporting

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture or Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or General)
• Minimum of 6+ years of federal facility management experience across all phases of the facility lifecycle
• Experience with large-scale Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) such as Archibus or MAXIMO
• Familiarity or ability to learn PowerBI
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project)
