Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director of Facility Management - Territory Lead U.S.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee end-to-end RDC operations, ensuring consistent execution of facilities management services and financial management
  • Maintain territory level data accuracy and support financial planning activities, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for operational, financial, or stakeholder issues while driving process improvement and innovation
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • 10+ years of experience in facilities management, real estate, construction, or data center operations
  • Demonstrated experience with multi-site or regional operational responsibility
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams, vendors, and complex stakeholder environments
  • Strong working knowledge of facilities operations, financial planning, and compliance management
