Job Summary
Serving as a vital connection between the Facility Management team, clients, and vendors, the full-time remote Facilities Management Coordinator will manage technology platforms, analyze performance data, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure seamless operations across integrated facility management services.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitor and support Integrated Facility Management (IFM) services, ensuring oversight of operations and service delivery
- Administer technology platforms and maintain data accuracy, documentation, and work order dispatch coordination
- Coordinate facility maintenance services with vendors, scheduling activities and resolving issues related to building systems
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management or corporate environment support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
- Strong organizational skills with a proven customer service focus and ability to build client relationships
- Advanced written communication skills and strong verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects efficiently to meet deadlines
