Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Facilities Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and direct the delivery of hard services, critical operations, and asset planning for a property portfolio
- Develop financial plans for cost control and ensure compliance with statutory and contractual obligations
- Lead and support the organization in continuous improvement and ensure effective relationships with key client contacts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Project Management, or Business Administration required
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial high-rise or facility management, with at least 6 years at the Facility Manager level
- Broad commercial real estate and financial background with expertise in facility/property operation and management
- Project/construction management experience desired
- Certifications such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP) preferred
