Job Summary

A company is looking for a Facilities Management Director to oversee workplace services, operations, and asset planning for a diverse portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and direct the delivery of workplace services and ensure compliance with client standards
  • Develop financial plans for cost control and oversee budget preparation and reporting
  • Recruit, train, and mentor facilities management staff to achieve operational excellence
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Project Management, or Business Administration required
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial property or facility management
  • Broad background in commercial real estate and financial management with at least 6 years at the Facility Manager level
  • Experience with human resource and performance management processes
  • Certifications such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Certified Property Manager (CPM) preferred
