Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Facilities Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage workplace services, operations, and asset planning for a diverse portfolio
- Ensure compliance with contract obligations and develop financial plans for cost control
- Lead and mentor staff while fostering effective client relationships and service delivery
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Project Management, or Business Administration required
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in facility management or property portfolio management
- Broad commercial real estate background with expertise in facility operations and capital planning
- Experience with project/construction management and human resource processes
- Certifications such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP) preferred
