Job Summary

Leading the development and implementation of global facilities management strategies, the full-time Infrastructure Director will ensure compliance, risk management, and operational efficiency while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Create and implement global facilities management programs, policies, and procedures
• Recruit, develop, and manage a team of facilities management experts to ensure high performance and effective communication
• Oversee cost management initiatives and drive energy management strategies to enhance operational performance

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience in facilities management, including construction, real estate, and operational costs
• Proven ability to influence across organizational boundaries and communicate effectively with all levels of a global company
• Strong financial and analytical skills, with proficiency in business analytics
• Demonstrated success in change management and implementing productivity and cost reduction programs
• In-depth knowledge of global logistics operations and international tax regulations
