Facilities Management Senior Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Real Estate - Facilities Management & Construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 8-10 Facilities Managers overseeing approximately 1 million square feet each
• Plan and manage capital projects and facilities management processes
• Prepare and manage operating and capital budgets while conducting KPI/trend report reviews

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical work experience
• 15+ years of experience in facilities and construction management, with at least 5 years in the telecom industry preferred
• FM or PM certification preferred (IFMA, BOMA, PM or other certification)
• Technical knowledge of building systems (mechanical, electrical, energy management)
• Experience managing remote teams and vendor/contract negotiations
