Job Summary

A company is looking for a Facilities Management Specialist responsible for overseeing the facilities management program and ensuring efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage work order intake, tracking, and closure across all locations
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for maintenance services
  • Maintain accurate documentation and prepare reports for Facilities Management leadership


Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred in Facilities Management or Business Administration
  • At least 4 years of experience in facilities management, property management, or project management
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hybrid facilities service model
  • Experience in managing high volumes of work orders in a fast-paced environment
  • Remote work capability
