Facilities Management Specialist

Job Summary

Managing facilities operations across a multi-state portfolio, the full-time Facilities Management Specialist will collaborate with regional teams and vendors to oversee repair and maintenance requests, ensuring effective facility management and cost reduction in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee local and national partnerships with trade professionals and manage repair and maintenance requests
• Establish and enforce vendor performance standards while optimizing the vendor network
• Execute preventative maintenance programs and interpret lease agreements to enforce landlord obligations

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of facilities management experience in a multi-state environment, preferably in healthcare or retail
• Experience managing vendors across multiple markets and familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
• Knowledge of facilities standards and preventive maintenance programs
• Strong organizational skills and ability to create systems and processes
• Outstanding customer service skills and experience in building relationships with vendors and property management teams
