Facilities Management Specialist

Job Summary

To support facility management operations, the full-time Facilities Management Specialist will work hybrid to oversee repair and maintenance requests, manage vendor relationships, and ensure the efficient operation of facilities across a multi-state portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Senior Facilities Specialist to manage local and national vendor relationships for facility maintenance
• Oversee the intake, triage, and resolution of repair and maintenance requests across assigned facilities
• Manage repair and maintenance budgets while implementing preventative maintenance programs to optimize asset life

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of facilities management experience in a multi-state environment, preferably in healthcare or retail
• Experience managing vendors across multiple markets and familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
• Strong knowledge of facilities standards, major equipment, and preventive maintenance programs
• Adept at creating systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency
• Proficient in business systems and productivity tools such as Microsoft Office and SmartSheets
