Job Summary

A company is looking for a Maintenance & Facilities Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee Facilities Department operations and manage maintenance contractors
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and manage facility maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Develop and manage the annual department budget and support capital appropriation projects
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Electrical
  • Five or more years of equipment and facilities maintenance experience in manufacturing
  • Minimum five years of prior supervisory experience
  • Extensive knowledge of EHS local, state, and federal regulations
  • Lean manufacturing experience or Six Sigma certification preferred
