Job Summary
A company is looking for a Maintenance & Facilities Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Facilities Department operations and manage maintenance contractors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and manage facility maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Develop and manage the annual department budget and support capital appropriation projects
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Electrical
- Five or more years of equipment and facilities maintenance experience in manufacturing
- Minimum five years of prior supervisory experience
- Extensive knowledge of EHS local, state, and federal regulations
- Lean manufacturing experience or Six Sigma certification preferred
