Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Facilities Manager to oversee client facilities and lead a team of Facilities Managers and Engineers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and ensure delivery of high-quality services
  • Oversee financial compliance and develop financial plans for the region
  • Ensure effective vendor management and coordinate maintenance and emergency response efforts
Required Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree is required; 5 years of additional experience may substitute for the degree
  • 12 years of facilities experience, with a minimum of 7 years in a commercial environment
  • At least 3 years of experience as a senior facilities manager
  • Industry certifications such as CFM, RPA, or LEED O&M are recommended
  • Experience with CMMS/Work Order Management is preferred
