Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regional Facilities Manager to oversee client facilities and lead a team of Facilities Managers and Engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and ensure delivery of high-quality services
- Oversee financial compliance and develop financial plans for the region
- Ensure effective vendor management and coordinate maintenance and emergency response efforts
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree is required; 5 years of additional experience may substitute for the degree
- 12 years of facilities experience, with a minimum of 7 years in a commercial environment
- At least 3 years of experience as a senior facilities manager
- Industry certifications such as CFM, RPA, or LEED O&M are recommended
- Experience with CMMS/Work Order Management is preferred
