Facilities Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Facilities Manager to supervise maintenance and repair services for a portfolio of industrial sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management support for day-to-day operations and maintenance across a large portfolio of industrial sites
• Oversee technicians and subcontractors, ensuring services align with client expectations through regular communication
• Develop and implement innovative programs to reduce operating costs and improve productivity while ensuring compliance with standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management with a management/technical emphasis
• Minimum of 5 years' industry experience in a corporate environment, third-party service provider, or as a consultant
• Proficient in Corrigo and working knowledge of skilled trades, particularly HVAC
• Experience in matrix management organization is desirable
• Demonstrated safety leadership and financial acumen
