Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Facilities Manager to oversee multiple facilities and manage a team responsible for facility operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure effective service delivery for facilities
  • Manage service contracts, conduct performance reviews, and ensure compliance with policies
  • Prepare and deliver financial reports, budgets, and coordinate facility management activities
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Project Management, or Business Administration
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of facility management experience, with at least 3 years as a Facility Manager
  • Experience in leasing, construction, engineering, and property operations
  • Knowledge of human resource and performance management processes
  • Experience with CMMS/Work Order Management preferred
