Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Facilities Manager to oversee a portfolio of client facilities and lead a team of Facilities Managers and Engineers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and ensure delivery of high-quality services
  • Oversee financial compliance and develop financial plans for the region
  • Facilitate effective vendor management and ensure proper maintenance of facilities
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; 5 years of additional experience may substitute for degree
  • 12 years of facilities experience, with a minimum of 7 years in a commercial high-rise or portfolio environment
  • At least 3 years of experience as a senior facilities manager
  • Industry certifications such as CFM, RPA, or LEED O&M recommended
  • Experience with CMMS/Work Order Management preferred
