Job Summary
Leading a team of over 15 Mobile Technicians, the full-time Facilities Manager will oversee daily operations, maintenance programs, and vendor performance for a diverse portfolio of client sites in the South Central US, ensuring efficient, safe, and sustainable facility services while working remotely from the Dallas area.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee facility maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects to ensure quality and compliance
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the key point of contact for facility-related matters
- Plan and manage capital and operating projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and budgets
Required qualifications
- Proven experience managing commercial facilities with a focus on operations and vendor performance
- Demonstrated leadership experience overseeing onsite teams and fostering a culture of accountability
- Bachelor's degree preferred, with 3-5 years of relevant facilities management experience
- Experience developing and managing operating and capital budgets with strong financial oversight skills
- Working knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and building infrastructure
