Facilities Manager

Job Summary

To supervise maintenance and repair services for a portfolio of industrial warehouse sites, the full-time remote Facilities Manager will provide leadership, manage operations, and ensure compliance with technical standards across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance for a large portfolio of industrial sites, ensuring alignment with client expectations
• Manage technicians and subcontractors, reviewing and validating quotes for services while maintaining communication with clients
• Develop and implement programs to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management with a management/technical emphasis
• Minimum of 5 years' industry experience in a corporate environment, third-party service provider, or as a consultant
• Proficiency in Corrigo and a strong understanding of HVAC and skilled trades
• Experience in matrix management and proven ability to build and strengthen client relationships
• Demonstrated safety leadership and financial acumen
