Facilities Manager

Job Summary

To ensure operational efficiencies across all 52 center locations, the full-time remote Facilities Manager will oversee infrastructure, facilities maintenance, and vendor partnerships while supporting strategic planning and day-to-day operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee preventative maintenance and manage repair requests for all retail locations
• Source, evaluate, and manage contractors and maintenance vendors while negotiating contracts to reduce operating expenses
• Support new center openings, relocations, and remodels by coordinating project timelines and tracking budgets

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in facilities maintenance within multi-unit environments, preferably in retail, healthcare, or hospitality
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Experience in vendor negotiation and contract management
• Proficiency in budget management and technology asset management
• Basic knowledge of construction and building systems
