Job Summary

Leading an account-based team, the full-time remote Facilities Manager will oversee the management and resolution of client escalations, ensure quality delivery of facility operations, and drive cost-saving initiatives while maintaining positive client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the efficient operations and maintenance of utility systems
• Manage vendor relationships to enhance service quality and reduce costs
• Ensure compliance with contract deliverables and applicable regulations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related area or equivalent experience
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in facilities management
• Proven experience in team management
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems
• Ability to effectively organize and prioritize responsibilities
