Job Summary

A company is looking for a Facilities Operations Coordinator (Lease Admin) to provide day-to-day business operations support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the entry and processing of AP transactions, including vendor invoices and expense reports
  • Review and enter agreements and transactions into the database, ensuring compliance with requirements
  • Prepare billing requests for non-transactional items and assist with obtaining necessary verifications
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience
  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset
  • Basic math skills for calculating simple figures
