Job Summary
A company is looking for a Facilities Operations Coordinator (Lease Admin) to provide day-to-day business operations support.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the entry and processing of AP transactions, including vendor invoices and expense reports
- Review and enter agreements and transactions into the database, ensuring compliance with requirements
- Prepare billing requests for non-transactional items and assist with obtaining necessary verifications
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience
- Ability to follow basic work routines and standards
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset
- Basic math skills for calculating simple figures
