Job Summary
Providing essential day-to-day business operations support, the full-time remote Facilities Operations Coordinator will manage accounts payable transactions, coordinate agreements, and assist with billing requests while ensuring compliance with company procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate the entry and processing of vendor invoices and expense reports
- Review and enter standard agreements into the database while creating compliant files
- Prepare billing requests for non-transactional items and assist with obtaining necessary verifications
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel
- Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset
- Basic math skills for calculating simple figures
- Ability to follow established work routines and standards
