Job Summary
To oversee facilities management for a small to medium-sized property, the full-time salaried Facilities Operations Director will serve as the primary client contact, manage team activities, and handle budget reports while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide formal supervision and training for staff, including conducting performance evaluations and managing recruitment
- Manage capital project and operating budget reports, creating action plans to improve financial positions
- Negotiate with external partners and resolve discrepancies with the client management team
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
- Facility Management certification preferred
- Experience in staffing, training, and performance management
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and achieve targets across multiple departments
