Job Summary

Seeking a full-time, fully remote Facilities Operations Director, this role will manage multiple Federal Operations & Maintenance contract portfolios, ensuring compliance, performance, and risk management while mentoring Project Managers and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee performance and compliance of assigned O&M contracts, integrating quality principles into operations
  • Supervise and develop Project Managers, promoting proactive planning and effective delegation
  • Maintain operational governance through structured reviews and enforce consistent documentation practices
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 10-12 years of progressive facilities operations experience, including federal O&M contract oversight
  • Strong understanding of federal contracting performance, compliance, and quality requirements
  • Proven ability to lead and coach multi-disciplinary teams
  • U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain a security clearance preferred
