Job Summary
Seeking a full-time, fully remote Facilities Operations Director, this role will manage multiple Federal Operations & Maintenance contract portfolios, ensuring compliance, performance, and risk management while mentoring Project Managers and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee performance and compliance of assigned O&M contracts, integrating quality principles into operations
- Supervise and develop Project Managers, promoting proactive planning and effective delegation
- Maintain operational governance through structured reviews and enforce consistent documentation practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 10-12 years of progressive facilities operations experience, including federal O&M contract oversight
- Strong understanding of federal contracting performance, compliance, and quality requirements
- Proven ability to lead and coach multi-disciplinary teams
- U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain a security clearance preferred
