Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Real Estate Facilities Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility management services, ensuring operational reliability and compliance within budget
• Supervise internal staff and external service providers for timely delivery of Real Estate services
• Manage capital and expense projects, collaborating with Construction Managers on budgets and improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
• 5-10 years of equivalent experience in facilities or project management may substitute for a degree
• Previous experience managing people and remote properties required
• Experience in budget development and cross-functional project leadership
• Industry certifications preferred (e.g., Real Estate License, BOMA, IFMA, PMP)
