Job Summary

A company is looking for an IFM Business Operations Manager to oversee and support Facility Management teams for exceptional client delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Integrate with various teams for day-to-day management of the facility portfolio
  • Document and improve Facility Management processes and ensure compliance and competency of staff
  • Monitor and enhance client satisfaction with Facility Management Services and support team growth
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Project Management, or Business Administration
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of facility management experience, with at least 3 years in centralized Operations delivery
  • Experience with human resource and performance management processes
  • Preferred experience with CMMS/Work Order Management
