Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Facilities Operations Manager to oversee operational and back-office support functions in facilities management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a team of Assistant Facility Managers and Concierge professionals
  • Drive operational improvement through the development and implementation of best practices
  • Collaborate with various teams to align routines with client goals and objectives
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Facilities Management Operations
  • Experience managing teams of 6 or more, including supplier management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience using Corrigo CMMS system
  • Experience developing practices and procedures for Facilities Management teams
