Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Facilities Operations Manager to oversee operational and back-office support functions in facilities management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of Assistant Facility Managers and Concierge professionals
- Drive operational improvement through the development and implementation of best practices
- Collaborate with various teams to align routines with client goals and objectives
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Facilities Management Operations
- Experience managing teams of 6 or more, including supplier management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience using Corrigo CMMS system
- Experience developing practices and procedures for Facilities Management teams
