Job Summary
To enhance a content strategy, the part-time Facilities Operations Thought Leadership Writer will create high-value research-driven assets, including white papers and industry reports, while collaborating remotely with subject matter experts to establish the company as a trusted authority in facilities operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Create research-driven white papers, industry reports, and thought leadership articles focused on facilities operations and maintenance technology
- Conduct primary and secondary research, analyzing industry data to produce actionable content for facilities leaders
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to capture insights and translate technical concepts into accessible content
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional B2B content writing experience
- Experience creating white papers, reports, or research-based content
- Strong research and source validation skills
- Ability to interview SMEs and synthesize expertise
- Exceptional long-form writing and storytelling ability
