Facilities Project Development Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Facilities Project Development and Data Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the BUILDER SMS database and validate facility data
• Assist in the development of prioritized repair and replacement work packages
• Coordinate with facility engineers and managers to plan and prioritize deferred maintenance projects

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction, facilities management, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience working with BUILDER SMS
• At least 1 year of experience with a federal BUILDER SMS instance
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field
